Very very good food. (I can vouch for the maple and bourbon wings!) Delicious and it was prepared quickly. Reasonable pricing for the oldest pub in Portsmouth. Great atmosphere all-round.
You cannot beat the Sunday Roast at The Dolphin! Firstly it’s huge, with loads of meat, veg, potatoes & gravy. The extra stuffing & pigs in blanket are well worth it & if you ask nicely, the lovely Tracy will organise some cranberry sauce, no matter the meat you choose. Highly recommended for Sunday roast lovers!!! 😁 …
Nice location, food just ok. Chips poor quality, but at least my drink was only £1.50 thanks to the meal deal. Dog friendly, but boy can you smell it. Overall, disappointed with the meal, but probably ok to drink there if you can tolerate the doggy smell and riff raff.
